Study duration

Study BSc in Architecture lasts 4 years (8 semesters). MSc in Architecture lasts 1.5 years (3 semesters).


English a medium of instruction. IELTS 6.0 is required.

Preparatory courses

UEM offers a range of preparatory courses that will help you to improve English from IELTS 4.5 . There are intensive summer courses available.

Admissions and Fees

There is a dedicated team to help you in the admission process.

Application documents

Prepare the following documents: 1. Passport scan, 2. English language test results, 3. A-Level Diploma plus transcript (for BA studies) and BA Degree plus transcript (for MSc studies), 4. Portfolio is not required but it helps if you have it.

There are the following fees during application and admissions process: Application fee of EUR 85 and Recruitment fee of EUR 175. Tuition fee of EUR 4100 is paid annually (two semesters). Additional fee of EUR 15 is paid for visa invitation letter.

Student visa

For an applicant from outside EU, the university issues a visa letter. The letter should be submitted with visa application in a Polish consulate located in applicant's country. The consulate will handle visa application according to relevant laws and regulations.


Recent Awards of UEM Architecture Students and Faculty
According to the report on professional career of university graduates for 2015, graduates of Architecture and Public Health at UEM had the best post-graduate employment statistics. UEM alumni earn more than graduates of architecture from other universities in Poland. Apart from this, on average an UEM alumnus looks only 6 days for a full-time job.
The report was prepared by government agecy that monitors professional careers of university graduates in Poland (Polish Graduate Tracking System - ELA).

UEM won the Award on Art Urban Competition 2016/2017 in France. The competition was organized by Sèminaire Robert Auzelle, afiliated to Ministry of Housing and Habitat. The awarded category was 'Quality of social life' for the project 'À la frontière de trois cultures' ('At the border of three cultures'). The awarded project was prepared on first semester of MSc studies on urban design.
